4 CCR § 15051 · Track and Trace System Reconciliation

At least once every 30 calendar days, the licensee reviews track-and-trace information for accuracy.
That review includes reconciling on-hand cannabis and cannabis product with the track-and-trace record.
It also includes reviewing authorized users and removing anyone who is no longer authorized to enter information.
If a discrepancy is found, the licensee conducts an audit and notifies the Department in writing if the discrepancy is significant as defined in § 15034.

Advisory for a human compliance lead. This copilot never writes Metrc, never files a DCC notice, and is not a DCC certification. No invented compliance score. A Δ of 5% or more is flagged for human review against § 15034 — the copilot does not decide significance or send a notice.
